BOTN, founded in 2024 by Sibusiso Phumulani Sibanisezwe Mhlongo, a seasoned counselling psychologist and educator with over 18 years of experience. With a passion for writing that began in 1989, Sibusiso has authored 27 books covering personal development, leadership, family, and ministry.

The name Beacon of the Nation—reflecting his given name Sibanisezwe—symbolizes a commitment to guiding individuals and communities through knowledge and literature.
